Worst staff and service. Dont go to this hotel ever .

Worst hotel to stay in. I reached hotel at 1:00 am and while checking in staff on reception asked for id. I gave it and he said ,sir i will return back your id in the morning. I asked y so. Reason was he was feeling too lazy to take xerox! The moment i went in the room, i asked for the AC remote. Reply from reception . "Sir, all remotes are in other room ,no remotes left. What are these answers? M i staying without paying you money? M i not your guest? When you enter washroom, no towels, no soaps nothing. Never go with family. I gave 1 star rating just because it is newly renovated and looks good when you enter the room but staff and service is pathetic. I feel pity for the owner. Staff will shut this good hotel the way they treat guests.

Good hotel in the heart of the city. Easily accessible for place of interest. Rooms are big and clean. Staff and service both are good. Food served at their restaurant is tasty and nice. We get the value for money charged.

Ma chambre Deluxe est assez petite, aux murs sales, sans fenêtre, froide et sans chauffage, sans papier-toilette, sans bureau, bref, sans rien.... Je vérifie de suite les draps (enfin le drap, car il n’y en a qu’un !) : le lit a été fait avec des draps non changés et très sales ; de même pour mes amis dans les deux chambres à côté. Le réceptionniste constate et demande au personnel, plusieurs jeunes, de changer les draps, ce qu’ils font n’importe comment, de mauvaise grâce (c’est le cas de le dire !). L’un d’eux me remet d’abord un drap sale, puis, par-dessus le sale un drap humide. Je fais rajouter un drap supplémentaire du dessus et suis obligé de refaire entièrement mon lit en empilant trois couvertures ! De plus, jusqu'à minuit le personnel fait un raffut incroyable, les portes claquent, ça tambourine, ça crie ! Petit-déjeuner moyen, servi à table. Bref un endroit à éviter...
